Lauren in Color

Lauren is the person right at the edge of your vision. In the parallel universe she inhabits, perhaps you go to her school. You don't know her well, might not even recognize her as you walk by at lunch because she is surrounded by several cuddling couples, a girl ranting about God, Old English and Eddie Izzard, a girl with wild blonde hair and an outfit dominated by leather and fishnets, and a boy in the tightest jeans possible who appears to have a safety pin through his eyebrow. Then, without warning, she practically backflips over one of her friends and sits down again as though nothing has happened. The girl is a freakin' ninja, no joke.
